No Cancellation Policy

At Adaa E Khaas, every saree is crafted and packed with immense love, care, and attention to detail. 💛

We understand that sometimes plans may change. While we generally do not support cancellations and no return under any circumstances. We’re happy to help in genuine cases of confusion or change of mind — only if the order has not yet been shipped.

You may request a cancellation within 72 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been packed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund it, as your saree is already on its way to you.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

At Adaa E Khaas, every saree is thoughtfully designed and carefully finished to reflect the elegance and strength of the women who wear it. Each piece is created in limited batches, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail.

Because of the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at adaaekhaas01@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the product

3. A video of the package opening (from unsealing to full product view)

Once verified by our team, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange for the same design (subject to availability), or issue store credit if the item is unavailable.

Please note that at this time, international orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to logistical limitations.
